Project Dandelion, floating exhibition hall

The Dandelion project is a complex on water, on floating pontoons. The complex includes a main building with an area of ​​100 square meters and 5 auxiliary buildings with an area of ​​40 square meters etch around the main one. The buildings are connected by floating pontoons.
The buildings are designed for year-round use and are equipped with an air conditioning system.
Purpose of the complex for the developer: long-term lease or hourly lease for the following events:
- Organization of conferences
- Organization of exhibitions
- Conducting business seminars and presentations
- Reception of delegations
- Organization of business games and teambuildings
- Organization of trainings and master classes
- Organization of weddings, birthdays and other.
The buildings themselves are patented dome buildings on a strong and durable aluminum frame. The cladding of the buildings is a multi-layer shell consisting of layers of painted sheet aluminum, fireproof PIR insulation and decorative elements.

The energy efficiency characteristics of the walls exceed the necessary requirements of the standards for the construction of conventional buildings by 6 times, which will provide the minimum necessary energy and amount of engineering equipment to maintain a comfortable temperature inside all year round.
Energy supply will be carried out through the use of solar panels on the roof, batteries and a backup mobile generator of low power.
Lighting will be carried out by aluminum LED lamps with IP67 protection.
All building structures are fully factory-ready and do not require noisy and dirty construction work, only screwdriver assembly of elements.
