We have extensive 21 years of experience in research, development and actual construction in different, even the harshest environments. As a result, we can offer buildings with an impressive list of benefits:

• Energy efficiency guarantees minimal utility costs, and in some regions - full energy independence.

• A real-life NetZero housing project. Many assembling options and engineering modules used allow the ability to harvest and use available natural resources to make the building more autonomous and efficient. That includes (but not limited to) solar and wind power plants with energy storage, heating and air conditioning units, desalination and water condensation plants (to produce own drinking water), etc.

• Using the set of standard elements (such as walls and roofing with different outside coverings) customers can choose what they need for the particular environment, be it a hot desert or cold far north.

• Our unique technology allows users to transport and assemble/disassemble the building manually, even without using lifting equipment and heavy machinery. On-site assembly is a simple process of connecting the ready-made modules according to a simple instruction and can be performed by anybody, including small team of a very few people or just a family without special training and without lifting equipment.

• Recyclable materials are used in the production of building elements. The production process itself and the operation of buildings are optimized for minimal impact on the environment.
  The production process leaves no debris.

• Design of all the elements for building construction simplified and optimized for cheap mass production on automated production lines.

• Construction is designed for easy mobility - 600 square meters of building can be placed into a standard 40-foot container. The kit includes a frame, foundation, windows and exterior cladding.
  That allows the customers to use our building in any, even a most remote location.

• Construction design is easily scalable and allows customers (be it a small family or a team of geologists or a military unit) to construct exactly the building they need, the size they need from the same standard elements, no need for extra expense for separate individual project. More than that, buildings can be easily modified, enlarged if necessary.

• Even though the building itself is a round “dome” structure, its internal floorplan is designed to accommodate the usual “rectangular” furniture and appliances such as offered by IKEA.

• Thanks to our unique design and the number of patented technical solutions our buildings are highly resilient to nature disasters. The aerodynamic shape and other construction elements allow it to easily withstand strong winds. The frame of the building is designed to withstand the earthquakes and make the building to float in case of serious floods or tsunami (it also allows to make the building permanently floating, thus using bodies of water if land is not usable or not desired).
