Citadel – an innovative platform for the construction of upgradable multi-purpose buildings

After a tornado, fire, flood or other loss of housing, people increasingly need emergency assistance to build a new home or shelter. I am horrified when families with children are left homeless after a disaster and the bureaucracy they face.
We have designed a prefabricated, secure shelter that can be built without a building permit or a loan and will provide immediate safety.
Starting with a basic configuration as a comfortable 400 square foot temporary tent, a family can gradually purchase upgrades and transform the temporary shelter into an energy efficient, modern building.
